  • If you find that a change or correction to your order is needed, please contact me within the next business day to get your requested changes or corrections applied to your order and confirmed by email before the crafting of your artwork order begins the following day.

  • Requesting changes or corrections to your order within the next business day of completing checkout allows enough time for you to have them applied and confirmed by email before the crafting of your artwork order begins.

    This will avoid the possibility of an artwork media & crafting materials re-work fee if your order change or correction request is made on the 2nd business day after checkout, or an artwork re-stocking fee if your order change or correction request is made on the 3rd business day after checkout.   • Each of your Luxurious Squares™ aluminum artwork pieces will be skillfully crafted by hand to your chosen final artwork size, mount type selection, and framing customization options you selected when placing the artwork in your cart for purchase.

    Luxurious Squares™ Crafting Time

    Crafting your aluminum artwork order of 5 pieces or less typically requires 5-7 business days to complete and be shipped, as each piece requires a precise combination of digital image transfer, high heat, and pressure that takes a few days to complete. The artwork is then ready to be framed with your selection of anodized aluminum and prepared for shipping.

    For artwork orders with more than 5 pieces, your multi-piece order will be securely bundled as one shipment that will require a few extra days of crafting time to complete and prepare for shipping.

  • Each of your Luxurious Squares™ aluminum artwork pieces will be shipped in its own custom-fit wood shipping crate, with multi-piece orders being secured together as one shipment, and delivered to your designated USA or Canada delivery address with free* air freight shipping within 3-10 business days of receiving your shipment’s tracking information.

  • Within 5-7 business days of completing checkout, you’ll receive your shipping confirmation email and your customer sign-in account, accessible from the main navigation menu, will be updated with your Luxurious Squares™ shipment tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

  • Your shipping confirmation email and your customer sign-in account, accessible from the main navigation menu, will both contain your Luxurious Squares™ shipment tracking number so you can begin tracking your shipment to determine the date the air freight delivery carrier expects your artwork order will be delivered.

    Please note that someone must be available at the delivery location on the day of the delivery, as determined by your shipment’s tracking number, to sign for your artwork order and complete the delivery.

  • Yes, all Luxurious Squares™ artwork deliveries include lift-gate and/or pallet jack service as needed to assist you with the delivery of your artwork order.

    Single piece Small and Medium final artwork sized pieces can usually be managed by hand, while multi-piece orders and Large and Largest final artwork sized pieces will likely need the available delivery assistance mentioned above.

  • Yes, all Luxurious Squares™ artwork deliveries require someone to physically sign for the artwork on the day of delivery indicated by your shipment’s tracking information.

    While freight carriers are not able to provide an exact time of their arrival for delivery, most freight carriers provide a contact phone number with your shipment’s tracking information email that allows you to efficiently plan out your delivery day. Simply call the provided air freight delivery carrier’s number on your scheduled delivery day to obtain a more specific 2-3 hour time frame in which they expect to arrive to complete your artwork delivery.

    What happens if someone is not available to sign on my delivery day?

    Without getting a shipment signature upon delivery by the air freight carrier service, your artwork delivery can not be completed and will get delayed until you can re-schedule your delivery with the freight carrier. Depending on each carrier’s delivery policies and procedures, you may even be required to pay a nominal re-delivery fee.

  • There are no special tools or hardware required to uncrate and display your Luxurious Squares™ aluminum artwork pieces after delivery.

    A common screw-drill to remove the screws securing the top of each custom-fit wood shipping crate and some open space is all you will need to easily uncrate your Luxurious Squares™ aluminum artwork.

    Ready-To-Display

    Each artwork piece arrives framed with your selected customization options, all of which include an integrated cable support so that your artwork arrives ready-to-display in your designated indoor or covered outdoor design space.

    Preparing Your Mounting Wall or Other Surface

    You, or a handyman, will only need to prepare your mounting surface with support for your ordered final artwork size.

  • If you do not reside in the USA or Canada, you can easily request a customized paid shipping quote to arrange for possible paid delivery to your specific country before placing your order.

    If crafting your artwork order has already begun before your request is made, the artwork media & materials re-work fee will typically amount to 10% of the artwork piece’s purchase price, for each piece affected by the request.

  • Any changes or corrections requested on your Luxurious Squares™ artwork order made on the 3rd business day after completing checkout, will result in a 25% re-stocking fee for each artwork piece affected by the requested changes or corrections, as the affected artwork piece will require being started over from the beginning of the crafting process, resulting in a loss of shop crafting time, aluminum artwork media, and/or anodized aluminum framing materials.

  • Yes, and proudly so, as my Luxurious Squares™ aluminum artwork pieces are skillfully crafted by hand in the USA to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of your ordered artwork pieces will meet or exceed your expectations.
